Lucky 38 pre-war notes (simply called Notes in the GECK) is a series of cut notes in Fallout: New Vegas. The notes are completely empty and have no model or icon associated with them. Based on the Editor IDs alone, vL38PreWarNote, the notes would've been placed around the Lucky 38 given the player insight on pre-war Lucky 38.
