Low-Light Vision is an ability in Fallout: New Vegas. It is granted by a few consumables, such as cateye, Nuka-Cola Quartz, Ghost sight with the Dead Money Add-on, and the Friend of the Night perk. The effect is almost identical to Night-Eye in Bethesda Softworks' Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The two pictures below demonstrate the effect.
