Locomotive is a perk that can be unlocked by the Sole Survivor in Fallout 4.

Should this perk be unlocked by the Sole Survivor, they will gain the ability to charge into their enemies while sprinting. Certain enemies will be knocked down, but be warned: tougher enemies will only be staggered by the effort.
