This perk significantly helps in managing and improving workshop settlements. The first rank allows the Sole Survivor to choose specific settlers and establish a supply line between settlements with them.
The second rank allows the Sole Survivor to build stores (including junk, armor, clothing, and weapons shops, as well as clinics and bars) and workstations (including weapons workbenches, armor workbenches, chemistry stations, cooking stations and power armor stations) at workshop settlements.
