It's a torn patient hood of the Big MT worn by lobotomites, with a mouth guard, some headphones, and straps to attach them all. It provides a Damage Threshold of 3 with no other effects.

Behind the scenes[]
- The mask appears to resemble a type of restraint worn by prisoners and patients of insane asylums throughout the 20th century. The restraint is now commonly associated with Hannibal Lecter of the novels by Thomas Harris.
