I'm Lo Pan. I'm the best fighter in town, except for the Dragon. And one day, he's a dead man. When that happens, I'll teach others my style.
”Lo Pan is a hand-to-hand warrior in San Francisco in Fallout 2.
Background[]
Lo Pan is a domineering, ruthless, arrogant, Shi martial artist and gangster, looking to control the streets of Chinatown.[1] He boasts himself as the best fighter in town, except for the Dragon, who he intends to remove[2] Lo Pan despises the Dragon because he fosters weakness (i.e. self defense) and fights for honor, rather than using his power to bring himself prestige, a worldview Lo Pan sees as real honor.[3][4] Lo Pan and his followers match the Dragon and his followers, demanding only one person to throw the balance.[4][5]
