Background
Sunburned and marked with scars from acne, Lil' Jesus and his father were once slaves in New Reno. After rising against their masters, the two founded the Mordino crime family, slowly developing their power. Lil' Jesus, due to his father's gradually deteriorating health, is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the family, hiring enforcers, managing drug dealers and pimps, and ensuring that the Mordinos claw their way to the top.
He has a penchant for knives (even owning a custom "Little Jesus") and black leather with tons of chains. As the leader of the Mordinos, he has access to limitless amounts of drugs and prostitutes. He likely makes copious use of them, as his rotted teeth are a major turnoff.

Bonuses
- If the player talks to him with a knife, combat knife, Ripper or throwing knife in the active item slot, Lil' Jesus will offer to improve their combat skills for $200. This gives +5% to Melee Weapons.
- Female characters with Porn Star or 6 Charisma can instead have sex with Lil' Jesus and gain a double bonus (+10%).
Quests
- Deliver Big Jesus's package to Ramirez at the Stables.: Lil' Jesus Mordino can put in a good word with his father to start the Mordino quest arc. The player needs to be male and either have 6 or more Strength or wear at least a suit of combat armor.
- Find out who was responsible for Richard Wright's overdose.: The player can finger him as a suspect (incorrect one).
