The light MG expanded drums is a type of weapon mod in Fallout: New Vegas.

Characteristics

Expanded drums will increase the light machine gun magazine size by 110 rounds, bringing it up to 200 from 90 and giving it the highest ammunition capacity of any 5.56mm weapon.

Notes

• Prior to patch 1.3.0.452, the light MG drum was only worth 250 caps.
• With this attachment and hardcore mode on, firing a full drum will fire 5.2 pounds of ammunition.
