Some enterprising nutcases have gathered a variety of rusting ships, docks, and debris and fashioned a ship's graveyard into a stronghold.[1] This settlement was eventually overrun by mirelurks. In 2282, as the Minutemen started to fray, a detachment broke off and cleared the mutants out of this stronghold. They tried their hand at mercenary work, however they were routinely taken advantage of. Eventually they started to take to raiding to keep from starving. By 2283, they had been getting paid off from Bunker Hill to not attack them. As of late, a synth calling itself Gabriel has taken charge of the raiders.
Layout[]
Around a dozen ships, tankers and barges are connected by wooden planks and make up the main flotilla, acting as a buffer between the mainland and the main settlement on the southern tip. Main settlement has four stories: the first story is mostly for storage, and contains an armor workbench; the second story is a kitchen a mess hall area, containing a chemistry station; the third and fourth floors consists of a few living quarters, as well as the captain's cabin. The captain's cabin has Gabriel's living quarters, his personal terminal, and a ladder leading up to the rooftop of the ship.
A mini nuke is in the captain's cabin under the shelving.
An issue of U.S. Covert Operations Manual is on the metal end table with the lantern on the third floor of the main settlement wreck, overlooking the settlement.
