Let There Be Light! is a paper note in Fallout: New Vegas. It was meant to be given to the player by Chomps Lewis, but since Lewis doesn't have any lines that tell the player about the generator, the note can't be given to the player anywhere. The only mention of the note is in the script for the generator that only removes the note, should the player have it.
