Yes, my daughter, Angela. She has become quite the little tramp. (Smiles ruefully.) Like mother, like daughter...

Leslie Anne Bishop is the neglected wife of John Bishop, head of the Bishop Family, in Fallout 2.

Background

An attractive middle-aged woman, Leslie Anne hails from Vault City. How did she end up in New Reno? She fell in love with John Bishop, which might as well have been the result of drugs.[1] Her marriage quickly deteriorated, as her husband turned out to be a ruthless, brutal man focusing on the pursuit of power at the expense of his family. Their relationship is best exemplified by how their daughter came to be: John got drunk, mounted Leslie, and nine months later, Angela was brought to the brutal world of New Reno crime.

As such, it comes as no surprise that Leslie turned to alcohol and drugs. Her life is characterized by boredom and hatred of her husband, no matter how many low-cut golden gecko dresses she receives or how many sexual pastimes she secures. To make things worse, Leslie is well educated and intelligent, making her completely aware of her lot in life.

Interactions with the player character

This character is involved in quests.

Quests

  • Eliminate Mr. Bishop.: Leslie tells the player the combination to her husband's safe and suggests rigging it with explosives if the player has at least 76% Traps skill.

Other interactions

  • With 6 Strength or 6 Charisma, Leslie will invite the player (regardless of gender) to have a drink with her in her private chambers (it's best to secure permission to see Bishop first, to avoid a firefight). If the player refuses to have sex with her once in the chamber, she'll cry rape and bad consequences will follow. Otherwise, things will proceed as expected.
  • Post-coital pillow talk will allow the player to learn more about New Reno and Leslie's past. The length of the pillow talk will depend on the player character's skills. Kama Sutra Master ensures full length.
  • If the player has 9 Intelligence, they can ask Leslie about Vault City once she mentions it in dialogue and pursue the dialogue branch to obtain the Pip-Boy lingual enhancer.
  • Once she falls asleep, Leslie will mutter the combination to her safe while asleep.

Effects of player actions

  • Male characters without condoms in inventory will impregnate Mrs Bishop, resulting in a child of their loins taking over the family eventually. Of course, Leslie has to survive until the endgame for this ending to take place.
  • If the player encourages Leslie to move on during pillow talk (7 Intelligence required), then it will alter the ending.
  • Regardless of sex, if the Chosen One performs, Mrs. Bishop will fall asleep contentedly and mutter the combination to her safe.
  • If the Chosen One has the Kama Sutra Master perk, Mrs. Bishop will have all dialogue options available.
