Synopsis[]
Research patrols are an integral part of the Brotherhood's operations in the wasteland. As such, the Sole Survivor as a Knight will escort a single Scribe to a location that might otherwise be a waste of time for an entire retrieval team.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Proctor Quinlan and accept an assignment.
- Talk to the Scribe down in the airport and travel to the assigned area.
- Locate the target and wait for the Scribe to extract the data.
- Return to Quinlan for the reward.

Protect the Brotherhood Scribe | I was able to locate the data, so the Scribe has begun his extraction. I need to keep him alive while he works. | |
Return to Proctor Quinlan | The Scribe has finished collecting the data. I still need to look out for him as we return to Proctor Quinlan on the Prydwen. If he dies, the data will be lost, and the mission would be a failure. |
