Driven crazy by a lost love (although it could be the water impurities), Lag-Bolt is a part-time swindler and full-time thief.[1]
Lag-Bolt was waiting for his girlfriend to give her a gift which he had received from his brother Lug-Nut, but she was killed in a subway tunnel.

He is the younger brother of Lug-Nut, which is revealed in Lag-Bolt's note found on his body.
