Lady Jane is a caravan merchant prospector living in Freeside in Fallout: New Vegas. She can be found to the right of the gate to the New Vegas Strip.

Background[]

Jane is a caravan merchant that has had her caravan raided in the Broc Flower Cave, she has fallen on hard times ever since and has been trying to scrape enough money to return to California. She was able to get some supplies from her caravan before having to leave it, some cartons of cigarettes and Sensor modules along with a couple hundred caps. Unluckily, beforehand Lady Jane gambled quite a tab at the Atomic Wrangler which Francine Garret isn't willing to let go and wants the money owed now.[1]

  • Wild Wasteland After offering to get her caravan she asks, "But what about the R.O.U.S.'s?" The Courier replies, "Rodents of unusual size? I don't believe they exist." This is a line taken from the 1987 film "The Princess Bride". In the movie, Wesley and Princess Buttercup are attacked by giant rats in the area known as "The Fire Swamp."
