Background[]
Weese was the 21st candidate to be interviewed for overseer of Vault 114. Ever since she was a young girl participating in mock government, she had dreamed of being given the opportunity to lead a community to greatness. Her teachers agreed she had leadership potential: she was head of the debate team, and all the bake sales under her supervision vice president of the student council were a success. Of course, upon telling these anecdotes to the interviewer, he automatically deemed her much too involved for the purposes of the vault's experiment and dismissed her.[1]
