Kendell was the leader of a scavenging team that took residence in Galactic Zone in 2284, slowly picking it apart for technology. As time went by, they made quite the profit trading salvage with Nuka-Town... Until Colston came and turned their dream into a nightmare. Kendell tried to save his team by activating the Zone's defenses, but two years of scrapping the delicate systems that power the building meant that even Tiana couldn't stop the system from going berserk and killing the scavengers, turning the Zone into a death trap.
