When Katy was 16, she took the Generalized Occupational Aptitude Test (G.O.A.T.) like every other vault dweller in Vault 81. Her result was that of teacher, so she immediately went into training and has been teaching the children of the Vault ever since, and she absolutely loves it.[1] She teaches a wide variety of subjects to the children at the learning center, and would jump at the chance for a wastelander to share their experiences with her class.[2]
