Kate was a woman murdered by Dixie before 2287.

Background

Kate lived with Sammie and Ruth, surviving and scavenging around the Commonwealth. One day, Dixie was invited into their home with promises of safety at Nuka-World. However, this was simply a ploy to get inside so Dixie could murder them all and sate her psychotic urges.
