K9000 mod - Resla Roil is a weapon mod for the K9000 cyberdog gun in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.

- X-13 Stealth Testing Lab, technician terminal: Enter the door marked "Stealth Test Area 1", (blue glowing hexagon on floor). Head due East from the entrance around the upper catwalk to the "Bathroom Observation Area" to the terminal at the end and access entry #2 "Check out this mod I've been working on" Return to the Sink Central Intelligence Unit to upload the note and purchase the mod.

- After buying the mod, you can go back to the X-13 testing facility and download another schematic. You then can buy it again from the Sink.
Behind the scenes[]
- It could be a reference to Astro the dog from The Jetsons or Scooby Doo as it is called "resla roil" instead of tesla coil, as both dogs change many words to start with an "R" sound.
