We try our best. It's really tough in a city this size, but we do the best we can with what we've got. It's hard when the thugs have better firepower than you do.”
Justin Greene is the Hub sheriff in Fallout.
Justin is the model, law abiding citizen of the Hub. No wonder: He's the sheriff, after all. This gives Decker, the Hub's crime lord, no end of headaches, as Justin Greene just refuses to take bribes like his father, the previous sheriff. However, Justin's approach to justice is hampered severely by the fact that his police force, while well armored and equipped, is outgunned by thugs working for Decker.
Yet despite the adversity, he is determined to bring law and order to the city, just like his grandfather, Roy Greene, did during the Great Merchant Wars. Reliable men like Deputy Tony Fry certainly help.

- Oh, he's the sheriff. But if you see a crime, report to me. Justin doesn't rule the roost around here. - Butch Harris
- He's the head of the police. Nice guy, if you like the straight arrow, honest type. Not like his father, now there was a loyal man. - Decker
