I'm Julianna Riggs. Heiress to the Riggs fortune and wife of Bert Riggs. I'm not sure what else you expected, Detective.
”Julianna Riggs (–2287) was the heiress to the Riggs family fortune and wife of Bert Riggs... as a human; now she is a Robobrain in Vault 118 in Far Harbor.
Background[]
The wife of Bert Riggs, Julianna is a wealthy heiress and a particularly demented robobrain, convinced that she is going to return to her mansion soon. She is a very nasty, brutish person as a result of her rich, privileged background and usually handled the money around the house, allowing Bert to focus on his research.
Julianna Riggs was one of the main funding providers behind the Vault, however, when Ezra Parker started embezzling money, he made the mistake of skimming from Riggs' funds. This was brought to the Overseer's attention, who moved quickly to investigate - hastening his own demise.[1]

- Brain Dead: Julianna is one of the suspects, overheard arguing with Ezra Parker. She herself is fairly demented and states she argued with him about money for the Vault... A fact that has no more relevance in the world. But all is not as it would seem.
