Judge Zeller is the leader of the raiders at East Boston Preparatory School in 2287.

Background

Zeller is the ruthless head of a raider warband he pompously calls Zeller's Army. Through a combination of brutality, deception, and intense brainwashing, he managed to rapidly increase the number of raiders that make up his army, much to the astonishment - and wariness - of Bunker Hill.
