”Joey is a small-time thug and drug dealer in The Den in Fallout 2.
Background[]
Joey was once a promising boy, according to Mom, but he has fallen in with the wrong crowd, becoming a thug and a drug dealer, travelling as far as New Reno. He stayed away from Mom's ever since, and she barely even remembers him anymore.
Though he puts on a tough guy act, he's still a kid deep inside. He recently took a a gold locket from a collapsed home inside the town, after crashing there for the night. By doing so, he has disturbed Anna Winslow's ghost, a fact that haunts him to this day.

- Joey claims to sell pure, unadulterated Jet straight from New Reno. His prices are steep: $500 for a single dose. With a Barter check, the player can lower it to $350, overpaying by a wide margin.

- Without Killap's patch, sleeping with Joey will cause him to move next to the ruined car behind Becky. Once the player leaves the map and returns, the game will attempt to place him back with his gang, but the offset is set incorrectly and he will remain off the map.
