Joanna Tibbett was a Californian politician who served as the third President and second Vice-President of the New California Republic.
Background
Joanna Tibbett was the vice-president for President Tandi replacing Frank Carlson. When Tandi died, Tibbett was then sworn into office as president. However, she lost her office after a vote of no confidence in 2253 and replaced by Wendell Peterson, after 38 NCR citizens were murdered by raiders in the Mojave Wasteland.[1]
