”Jeff Strayer was the father of Ted Strayer, deceased at the time of Fallout 3.
Background[]
Along with Mister Crowley, Dave, Dukov and Tara Fields he was a member of a failed expedition Allistair Tenpenny sent to Fort Constantine to retrieve a rare weapon. Strayer was in possession of one of the keys needed to gain access to the Weapons R&D laboratory in Fort Constantine, location of a suit of T-51b power armor. After he passed away, his son inherited this key.
