Miss Jeanette is a ghoul slave being held in Paradise Falls in Fallout 3.

Background

Miss Jeanette is quiet, confused, and obsequious. She’s long since accepted her role as a slave. The only problem is, most customers have no use for a Ghoul slave. She’s been in the pens forever and isn't expecting to leave any time soon. It's unknown how long she has been a slave, but from her banter, one can infer that it's been quite a while. She frequently comments that she misses her brother.
