Ivan is a Eastern Brotherhood of Steel warrior in 2197. He appears in early screenshots for Fallout Tactics, but doesn't appear in the final game.
Background[]
Ivan lives to have his armor covered in blood, even if it's his own. Years of physical training and head butting resulted in a hard body but soft brain.[1]
