Iron Fist is a perk that can be unlocked in both Fallout 3 and Fallout 4.

With the Iron Fist perk, the player character will deal an additional 5 points of Unarmed damage per rank taken. With all three ranks unlocked, it becomes possible to do an extra 15 points of unarmed damage. This perk is in effect even should an Unarmed weapon not be equipped.
