Requirements
The Logic Co-Processor can be bought from Doctor Usanagi at the New Vegas Medical Clinic for 4,000 caps.
Effect
With the Logic Co-Processor implanted, the implanted user will be have higher cognitive function and increases your Intelligence by one.
Notes
If your Intelligence is less than 4, Dr. Usanagi will take pity on you and offer a discount of 1000 caps on this implant.
Bugs
If you are offered the low-intelligence discount but do not purchase the implant and then leave the hospital, when you return and speak to Usanagi next time she will no longer offer this implant - discounted or otherwise. Players who have temporarily reduced their intelligence below 4 will also be unable to purchase the implant until it is remedied.
