Colt Rangemaster hunting rifle is a small gun that appears in Fallout and Fallout 2.
Background[]
The Colt Rangemaster is a powerful semiautomatic rifle chambered for .223 caliber ammunition.[1] The ammunition combined with a 1:10" barrel rifling twist gives it excellent accuracy at range.[2] Combination of durable metals and wooden furniture make it an exceptionally durable firearm. The rifle can accept an aftermarket Loophole x20 or Triveld x10 scope.[3][4]
Characteristics[]
Excellent long range weapon in the early stages of the game, the hunting rifle gives plenty of advantage over enemies, most of whom will usually be carried pistols or submachine guns. Particularly good for Vic and John Cassidy in the early stages of the game.
