Background[]
Though it's hard to believe, this big, dumb-looking and over-muscled lunk is the son of President Tandi. He talks the talk, but despite his appearance, he is a wimp. One hit to the nose and he yields. Unfortunately, Dusty hasn't wised up yet.

- Retrive Parts/Gain Access to Vault 15.: Hoss will provoke the player into a fight. Simply punching him or drawing a weapon will cause him to surrender. Tandi takes this as proof of skill and will hire the player for the job without additional convincing.

- The added result is that Dusty will offer drinks for free at the bar, as a sign of gratitude.
