”— StiggsHoover is an Enclave Mister Gutsy found in the mobile base crawler in 2277.
Background[]
A Personal Automated Lackey to an engineer named Stiggs, Hoover has been known to shut down on occasion, but Stiggs has known Hoover since he purchased him from a wandering trader named Tinker Joe.[1]
Together with Sparky, he acts as guard to his engineer master. He can be identified apart from regular U.S. Army Mister Gutsies by his distinctive silver and black paint job, and blood-red eye sensors.
