Background[]

Working with the Railroad to make up for a "misspent youth",^[1] High Rise is a field agent operating out of the Ticonderoga safehouse. He is competent, fast, and doesn't go down easily, and his job is ensuring synths get recovered and make it to safety without problems. Other Railroad agents such as Deacon have a lot of respect for High Rise.^[2] He is killed when Institute coursers take over Ticonderoga safehouse during the quest Operation Ticonderoga.^[3]
