The head of the raider war band that took over Malden Center, Skelter organized his raiders into a potent force in the Commonwealth, preying on surrounding caravans and harnessing the potential of the metro station to its fullest. That good run lasted until the Institute decided that removing the raiders served its interests better. Although the raiders put up a fight, they were still raiders. By the time the Survivor locates Skelter, he's making a last stand against the synths.
