Helmeted spike armor is an outfit-type item in Fallout 4.
Background[]
A heavy-duty protective garment designed by raiders, the cage armor bases on a patched trenchcoat built from several other ones, worn over a tattered flanel shirt and padded jeans, together with a pair of improvised boots and gloves. The clothing is held together by a pair of leather belts. The armor part of the apparel comes from pieces of iron plating and bolts crudely stitched over and held together with chains, protecting a basic level of protection. This variant is worn with a green hood and an improvised industrial gas mask, crudely welded together.
