Head scar treatment is a note found in the Fallout 3 add-on Point Lookout. It is given to the player by Nadine if the player asks about Jackson, but doesn't ask her about removing the scar before ending conversation with her.

Hey,
Those tribals cut your head up good, didn't they? Happened to us all, and you're lucky you've still got most of your marbles.
Anyway, if you ever want to get rid of that scar, just ask me up at the Ark & Dove Cathedral. I've got a few tricks I picked up, and it's easier than trying to work on it yourself.
