Happy Harry's is a shop in Vault City's courtyard, owned by "Happy" Harry.
Layout[]
Happy Harry's is a rather small shop, but can be easily identified by the bright yellow smile on the side of the building. Harry sells all sorts of somewhat useful junk, including a large amount of 10mm rounds and .223 slugs. He also sells a .44 magnum revolver, a suit of improved leather armor, and a big ol' fusion cell. There's also a plough out front that might be of interest to someone...
