Background[]
An intelligent and personable glowing ghoul, Hank is the ghoul in charge of monitoring the gauges on the apparatus running the reactor, reporting anything out of the ordinary. He is a one-time Broken Hills denizen,[1] who has kept his pleasant demeanor. He enjoys working in the reactor due to warmth provided by the radiation leakage, though he wouldn't be averse to it being fixed.
