Gunther is a resident of NCR in Fallout 2. He serves as aide to Madame President Tandi, and doles out payments to contractors that Tandi has hired.

Background

A slender young man wearing glasses, Gunther has the officious, busy appearance, fit for a bureaucrat hated by everybody. He is the personal assistant of President Tandi, responsible for filtering visitors and matters so that the leader of the largest post-nuclear nation can focus on the important matters.
