Guns and Bullets is a book devoted to firearms and ammunition in Fallout 3.
Characteristics
A pre-War magazine devoted to firearms and ammunition, compiled annually into a book.[1] It was a publication with plenty of good articles on the practical use of firearms (and occasional biased reviews).[2]
Gameplay attributes
Reading this book permanently improves the Small Guns skill of the player by one point (two with the Comprehension perk).

Mason District South | Second story of a building north of the entrance. The building overlooks a park with a bunch of mutants roaming around. |
MDPL Mass Relay Station | Power station, on a table immediately to the left after entering through the wooden door. |
Museum of Technology | On a desk in a hidden room in the West Wing, near the rocket display. Jump down from above to reach. |
Old Olney | In a post box next to the crashed Nuka-Cola truck to the east of the town. |
Red Racer Factory | To the east, in a raider camp located in a dead-end alley. In front of the refrigerators. |
Regulator HQ | Under bed next to Sonora Cruz. Can only be reached with Lawbringer perk. |
Relay Tower KX-B8-11 | Southeast, in an outhouse located at the Hilltop Farm Ruins |
Rockbreaker's Last Gas | In the Sniper Shack to the west. |
Scrapyard | In an ammunition container in the burned out bus near the red railroad car. You can get the key from the random encounter "More Than Just Scrap", or you can just pick the lock (hard). |
