A pre-War magazine devoted to firearms and ammunition, compiled annually into a book.[1] It was a publication with plenty of good articles on the practical use of firearms (and occasional biased reviews).[2]

ScrapyardIn an ammunition container in the burned out bus near the red railroad car. You can get the key from the random encounter "More Than Just Scrap", or you can just pick the lock (hard).
