Griswold is the leader of the raiders in Monsignor Plaza in 2287.

Background

Aside from administering and planning the kidnapping, extortion and murder that his gang enjoys so much, Griswold is also a budding poet. His poems are not exactly Wordsworth or Keats, but at least some of his poems have steady beats.
