Greentop Nursery is a location and possible settlement in the Commonwealth.

This small mutfruit farm outside of Malden could be a beneficial ally to the Commonwealth Minutemen.
Settlement information[]
Greentop Nursery is relatively large, but the greenhouse and house take up much of the space. The area holds a few scrap materials, but it is likely that a supply line is required to help expand this settlement. The greenhouse already holds plenty of crops, but it and the rest of the surrounding ground can support agriculture and wells for water. The nursery is flanked by two roads and the region is dangerous, so raids on the settlement are not uncommon.
Layout[]
The south side of the settlement holds the main house and adjacent shack; just outside the house is the settlement's workshop, as well as a chemistry station and cooking station. Down the hill to the north is the greenhouse, which supports over two dozen mutfruit bushes.
