”Greasy Johnny is the leader of a gang of greasers in the north sewers of New Vegas in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background[]
Johnny leads a minor gang of troublemakers who are making life difficult for the people who have taken shelter in the sewers. Johnny shakes the people down for caps and other goods, but can barely turn a profit, as the denizens of the sewers are the poorest of the poor and can barely scrap together 50 caps each week to offer to him and his goons as tribute.
