Background[]
Young by ghoul standards, Doctor Barrow's assistant is knowledgeable and keen. She helps in Barrows’s experiments to diagnose and treat the various brand-new ailments that ghouls are always complaining about. Happy with her lot in life, she spends her time cutting up corpses, inspecting brain tissue samples, and poking feral ghouls with a variety of (mainly sharp) implements.[1] At the moment, she is assisting Doctor Barrows examine a unconscious woman named Reilly in an effort to understand the human body enough to reverse the effects of ghoulification.[2]
She sympathizes with humans as much as ghouls (stating they were all the same once) while she believes most other ghouls and humans are on non-friendly relations.[3][4] She will mention that Doctor Barrows performed experiments on Reilly while she was in her coma and that he believes that if they can study the human body than they may be able to stop or even reverse the effect of human to ghoul transformations.[5]

Notes[]
- Despite her assuring you that she can "help you if you need stimpaks or blood packs", there is no actual way to get medical supplies from her.
- When you kill Doctor Barrows she seems to do nothing about it, when asking her about medical help she will direct you to Barrows, even if he's lying dead beside her.
- Nurse Graves actually has a higher Medicine skill than Doctor Barrows; 100 (according to the console), compared with Doctor Barrows' 63.

Graves: "Well, some of the Ghouls in Underworld object to what the Doctor is doing. They think Ghouls are Ghouls and humans are humans. Like we were meant to be this way. Some have even threatened the doctor. I'm afraid one day something might happen to him."

Graves: "The doctor is convinced that the key to curing our... appearance is locked within the human body. When Reilly was brought in here he saw a chance to put that theory to the test."
