Not at all. I’ve got my end covered. I’d be the natural choice to administer this project. Greed is my driving force, but thousands of lives are saved by it. Greed is good. At least it would be, if I could get anyone in Vault City to read my economic data.
A well dressed man with his hair perpetually slicked back, Gordon is a greedy person. However, that greed is a positive force, driving him towards projects that will benefit all. His mission in life is to forge a relationship between Vault City and Gecko. In return for power generated by an optimized reactor, Vault City would provide the ghouls with medical technologies necessary to improve their quality of life.
Gordon flatly states that both parties have an expiration date. Vault City will reach its limit by 2256, when their reactor will burn out due to the strain. Ghouls will not survive beyond 2261 years without medical aid. By helping both sides, Gordon hopes not only to improve society on both sides of the barricade, but also secure him a cushy job as the administrator of the enterprise and further the goals of the Renewal Cult.
Optimize the powerplant.: Gordon allows the player to set up a trade deal with McClure, ensuring a positive ending for both Gecko and Vault City (the first is not available in unmodded games due to a bug).
