Giese is a ghoul living in Los in 2208.

Background

Giese is one of a few ghouls who are not hostile to humans, unlike many other from Blake's fanatical cult. In his past, he was a robot engineer from Secret Vault, but when a conflict arose between the Vault inhabitants, he become one of those who were left outside the Vault. He is able to fashion weapons from pieces of junk and knows the location of Secret Vault. The Initiate could find total four pieces of junk and bring it to him. The greatest weapon he could make from junk is super sledge.
