Get Rid of Lingering Geckos was going to be a quest in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is similar to the tutorial of Fallout: New Vegas in the sense that you are required to deal with mutated creatures called Geckos.

Quick walkthrough

By combining Radscorpion poison and Sowat fruit you can make the Poisoned sowat fruit required to kill the Geckos. Dropping this anywhere near the geckos will draw them. One fruit will easily kill a gecko in less than a minute.
