”Gamblers are civilians found in different casinos and around their complexes.
Background[]
Gamblers are tourists and residents of the New Vegas Strip who come to drink, gamble, and party in New Vegas. Most come from the NCR back west as they are allowed to travel to and from the Strip without NCR interference. They are the main source of the Strip's income and appear to be the wealthier citizens of the wasteland as they can afford to stay in the strips various hotels.
