Gallo is an insane ghoul living inside the county sewer mainline in Fallout 3.
Background[]
Gallo lives in the sewers among his already feral brethren, and is well into the path of insanity himself, thanks to old age dementia, a variety of sewer gases, and a total lack of human interaction. He recently had a birthday (hence his unusual party hat) and likely didin't help his madness when he prepared and ate a variety of feral ghoul cutlets for the occasion.[1] He lives alone, except for a few small caged radroaches as pets, and is quite resourceful, having designed several traps to deter anyone from finding his home.
He also appears to have a fondness for Nuka-Cola memorabilia, having a small Nuka-Cola collection, including two trucks, five bottles, four Nuka-Cola bar stools, a neon Nuka-Cola sign, a Nuka-Cola clock above his bed, a Nuka-Cola lamp on his table, and a Nuka-Cola Quantum in his safe.

Recently celebrating his birthday, Gallo invited his two favorite Gnomes, dressed them in party hats, and carved up a variety of Feral Ghoul cutlets for the occasion. A mixture of solitude, escaping sewer gas, and Ghoul lifespan has made Gallo quite, quite mad."
