Friendly Help is a challenge perk in Fallout: New Vegas.

Your special V.A.T.S. friends have gotten used to helping you out and will strive to do so more often. Miss Fortune and the Mysterious Stranger will appear twice as often in V.A.T.S., having increased their base encounter rate from 10% to 20%. To receive this perk, you must obtain 15 visits from either Miss Fortune or the Mysterious Stranger, they do not stack with each other if you have both perks.
